Have you ever gone to an event and the party favors and gifts just left you thinking “these are beautiful” or “these must have cost a fortune” or even “I wonder how this was made”. Well if your like me, I wonder not only the same but how can I get the same effect. Over the last few years I have made it my personal business to research the creativity behind the ultimate party favor and have found it’s really not hard to accomplish.

Even if you don’t have a lot of time to invest in sitting in front of the computer researching tutorials and then going to purchase supplies, you can still make a creative gift that will leave a lasting impression. With a few simple purchases, this can all be possible.

Craft stores like Michael’s and AC Moore have all that you will need and more. Some of these store will even offer classes to teach you how to create these items. They also have many books to assist you with creativity and what is popular or you can use one of favorite resources, The Library. After you begin to grow in this field you will find less space to accommodate your creative influences so I try to only purchase items I will use immediately, Like I said, try.

A purchase that will go a long way for decorating favors are Punches. They are found in many shapes, sizes, and at every craft store. They are used to punch shapes out of paper. The prices for these items can range anywhere from about $3.00 – 5.00 per punch. I would suggest to invest in a scallop, and circle punch. They work well with ribbon to accent a gift such as packaged foods. Pair two of the same shapes in different sizes layering a smaller shape over a larger one using decorative or plan colored card stock for a more polished look.

Adhesive will definitely be needed, how else will you hold together all this creativity. Glue Dots are very popular in holding ribbon in place discreetly. Glue Dots are sold in many sizes and come on a roll. A box of 144 dots can cost you about $4.00. They are easy to use, just press the item onto the glue dot where you want it to adhere and stick it to your package. It’s easier to use than craft glue and less messy. Craft glue leaves unsightly strings of glue and has a dangerous odor. If found by a child, craft glue can be deadly if inhaled for too long or swallowed. Glue dots on the other hand are safer. They have a strong hold but can be readjusted if needed. Another item very popular in crafting is the Adhesive Dispenser. This handheld dispenser adds thin strips or glue dots with ease. Many crafters use them for greeting cards and shapes where tape cannot reach with ease. It can also be refilled. This dispenser like the previous items listed, can also be found at craft and stationery stores like Staples. The price for this adhesive dispenser can range from $3.00 -$5.00 and a refill pack about $6.00.

Ribbons are becoming a perfect asset to making decorations stand out. There is not much to say about them, they have been around for ages and can be found in different widths and materials. I will say to invest in a good pair of scissors that will be used only for your ribbon. Nothing says tacky like frayed edges of a ribbon. A clean crisp cut will give your finished product a more professional look. Ribbon scissors can be purchased but again do not use the same scissor you cut your paper with to cut your ribbon. Paper dulls scissors blades which will cause your ribbon to fray. Prices vary for this item depending on material but usually are on sale in craft stores for a few dollars a spool.

Rubber stamps and ink pads. You can start off with basic black ink and add more colors to your collection to add extra flair. Rubber stands help in getting a message on paper without writing it over and over. They have so many sentiments on rubber stamps these days, you can get any message across on your gifts. I once used a rubber stamp for a tag on the packaging on a cake box. It added pop that made this gift a little more special. A rubber stamped sentiment added to a punch out shape with a gorgeous ribbon is a definite plus in professional packaging.

Paper is also needed to seal this deal. There are so many types of paper and this is where your creativity comes in. Velum is very delicate for weddings and baby showers, card stock in patterns and bright colors are great for children’s parties but the possibilities are endless. Paper depending on the material can be sold by single sheets or in a tablet (a book of coordinated themes or colors). I prefer card stock for the durability and color.

Looks like someone is on their way to creating some fabulous favors. With this list your creativity should be in over drive and as you grow you will begin to see the confidence in creating these items. You will purchase more items as you develop and even more creativity will open up. I thank you for reading this article and I hope it helps you conquer your next task with ease.

For those in organizations lucky enough to be moving to Office 2010 from Office 2007, the process should be relatively simple. The Ribbon Interface is already a familiar concept. There are only 2 major differences:

  • The Office Button (Orb) is gone, being replaced by a File “Tab”
  • The Ribbon is now a full part of every application, including Outlook

For those faced with the challenge of upgrading to Office 2010 from Office 2003, the training portion of your migration can seem daunting because of the significant end-user change required to move to the Ribbon. I know this was the case for a previous employer of mine. We were technically ready for the migration for nearly a year before we could find an avenue that would allow us to address the training challenges.

Let’s be honest, finding time and training dollars for a significant portion of your organization’s staff is not likely to happen in an economy such as this, so we need to find a “shortcut” to the training process to get users over the hurdle of adjusting to the ribbon interface. While the learning curve for the ribbon is not terribly long, it is steep. Many users are simply frozen in their tracks when they don’t see the familiar menu structure that has been a part of the Office Family for over a decade, and the last thing that any of us need is management frustrated because deadlines were missed due to software unfamiliarity. For Microsoft, this underlying problem has resulted in much slower than anticipated adoption rates for both their newer Office products and their newer operating systems. In fact, many organizations I deal with are simply planning on skipping Vista and Office 2007 altogether in favor of migrating to Windows 7 and Office 2010 directly.

If we can’t rely on the traditional training methods to get us over the Ribbon hurdle, where are we going to find our “Get Out of Jail Free Card” for this situation? Luckily for me, a past colleague found a simple solution to this training conundrum in the form of the Classic Menus system by Addintools. This system adds a new custom tab called “Menus” to each of your Office Programs that contains a menu and button layout that almost identically mirrors the Office 2003 layout. They have a number of affordable packages available to mirror which Office package you are going to rollout and you can control where the tab appears in the tab list. Addintools has been very smart and has offered aggressive volume discounts across their entire range of products, so licensing costs will not blow your entire training budget.

One thing to keep in mind though, is the need for people to actually “learn” the new product. In our initial testing of the product, we were tempted to simply make the “Menus” tab the first and default tab of the ribbon interface. While the product did what it was supposed to do, we all found ourselves simply using the familiar interface offered and didn’t even look at the new features offered by the Ribbon Interface. We eventually decided upon a strategy that placed the “Menus” tab at the end of the Ribbon as the last tab and formally announced early in the process that the menu would be removed 3 months after rollout. While we did also provide a number of “Brown Bag Lunch Sessions” to help educate the user community, the custom menus still provided the bulk of our training strategy. This strategy ended up working out very well for our staff in that it provided a “safety net” to help get people over the initial shock of the new interface without breaking the bank in terms of initial costs or productivity impacts, yet still provided significant incentive for the user community to “explore” the new features available to them.

The only long term support problems we had with the product was a tendency for the PowerPoint menu to not load on some of our machines, even though the installation showed no problems. Normally, a reinstall of the product was all that was required to truly fix the problem, but for most users simply disabling the Add-in within PowerPoint was the most common request. They found they had learned enough what to expect within the other Office programs to not need the “crutch” within PowerPoint.

It’s almost here!!! The school year is just around the corner and with that comes the first BIG celebration week, Red Ribbon Week in late October. Red Ribbon Week is a week dedicated to creating awareness with kids across the nation to the realities of drugs and encouraging them to make the choice to live drug-free. Most schools adopt a variety of methods to create this awareness including Red Ribbon for kids to wear, classroom lessons, school signage declaring their school a “Drug-Free” zone and of course, special school assemblies. Having an exciting school assembly is a great way to give the kids a memory to attach good feelings with Red Ribbon Week and the messages delivered throughout.

I recommend doing a quick Google search to find resources and supplies to decorate your school with signage and other declaratory assets. To maximize your message you need to deliver your campaign with auditory, visual and kinesthetic activities and visuals. The more senses your students have engaged while discussing, learning and absorbing the material the more chances it will stick and make a profound impact. And what is the purpose of Red Ribbon Week? To have a real, quantifiable impact in kids lives!

Lastly, I recommend planning early. We all like to procrastinate, thinking we can pull it all together last minute. But we know how it works, life gets busy, we get distracted and sometime mid-October it dawns on you that nothing is planned. Then it’s panic time! Don’t let this happen to your school year, start the process today, research materials, supplies and School Assemblies you’d like to have for your big week.

Your students will learn valuable things throughout their school years, but it’s the special events and “standout” moments they will remember fondly for the rest of their lives. We have all had experiences that stand out and it’s not the day-to-day grind, it is the moments that “wow” us. We remember the friendships, the bonding and the inspiration we build our future around. Give your students a great Red Ribbon Week experience and they will take this important week with them for a lifetime.

A wonderful way to make your bridal bouquet even more beautiful is to add special embellishments to it. From bouquet wraps, to jewelry, to streamers, there are many things you can do to make your bouquet really spectacular. These are some beautiful ideas for wedding bouquet decorations.

The flower handle is a great place to add an extra bit of decoration to your bouquet. Start by choosing a very lush ribbon. Since you don’t need a large quantity to wrap such a small area, go ahead and indulge in a really luxurious ribbon with a major wow factor. Naturally, the style of the wrap should complement both the flowers and your bridal attire. For example, if you are planning to wear lots of crystal bridal jewelry, a gorgeous shimmer ribbon with long streamers would be a wonderful choice. Tie up an arrangement of white anemones with black centers with a black and white striped bow. Or match a very romantic bouquet of sweet peas, garden roses, and peonies with an exquisitely hand painted ribbon. It will be absolutely breathtaking.

Bouquet decorations can go well beyond simply ribbon. You get to wear fabulous bridal jewelry, why not give your flowers a great set of crystals to wear? This can be done in a variety of ways. Mirror backed crystal buttons can be added to the ribbon over the flower stems in a straight row, much like the buttons on a bridal gown. Try the square shaped crystals for a very tailored effect. Another idea is to have sparkling crystals in an “ab” finish pinned to the centers of some of the wedding flowers. You could even criss-cross thin strands of crystals over the top of a round nosegay of roses for a spectacular evening wedding bouquet.

There are some other lovely things which can be added to the bride’s flowers for embellishment. One very traditional accent is the pearl tipped pins used in the centers of tiny white stephanotis blossoms. The little star shaped flowers are often paired with white or cream roses for a bouquet with classic elegance. Speaking of pearls, you might also want to use a strand of pearls (real or faux) to create a ladylike bouquet wrap. A pearl brooch pinned to a tartan ribbon would be a great accent for a Scottish inspired bouquet of roses, thistles, and heather.

Some of the most exciting bouquet decorations are the most colorful. There is nothing quite like the addition of vivid peacock feathers to make a floral arrangement come alive. In addition to multi-colored feathers, brides also find that black or white feathers can add a wonderful sense of drama to a bouquet. For a different sort of colorful adornment, try perching beautiful butterflies on the flowers. It only takes a few silk, enamel, or feather butterflies to add a delightful dash of whimsy to your wedding bouquet. If doing this for the bride, it would be nice to add a single butterfly to each of the bridesmaids’ arrangements as well.

Hanging ornaments can really make a bouquet unique and exciting. Long ribbon streamers, trailing ivy or vines, or even strands of tiny orchid petals can add so much interest to the bride’s flowers. These additions are excellent for bouquets to pair very full or ornate bridal gowns, as they will not be overwhelmed by the wedding dress. Hanging tendrils and streamers can also be highly romantic, and often have a vintage flair. Bouquets which featured “love knots” (flowers on ribbons hanging from the bouquet) were very popular in bygone eras, and still look very charming today.

Whether your taste is dramatic, modern, vintage, or eclectic, there is a way that you can decorate your wedding bouquet to make it extra special. It is a great way to make sure that your flowers will really make a splash as you walk down the aisle.

Striking, elegant, and highly romantic a black and red themed wedding is unusual and classy. Here are some ideas for putting together a red and black wedding.

Everyone knows that the wedding invitation conveys more than the time and place of a wedding. It sets the tone, formality, dress, and color scheme of the event as well. For a red and black wedding, consider making your own special invitations using colored cardstock, stationary paper, vellum, and ribbon from your local craft store. Not only is this usually more economical than purchasing invitations it is also more memorable since you can put together exactly the kind of invitation you want.

When a wedding’s theme is based around the colors, flower choice becomes extremely important to many people. If you can’t find flowers you like in a certain color, for example black, consider using white silk flowers and having them dyed. There are many red flower choices including Begonias, Carnations, Dahlias, Foxglove, Gerbera Daisies, Hibiscus, Poinsettia, Red Roses, and Tulips. Black flowers are usually a deep purple but will look black under low lighting. Bearded Iris – ‘Superstition’, Black or Chocolate Cosmos, Dahlia -’Arabian Night’, Fritillaria, Pincushion Flower Scabiosa – ‘Ace of Spades’, Black Pansy, and Black Tulips are a few examples.

Decorating for a black and red wedding is so easy to do and can be done very economically as well. Consider wrought iron candleholders with red candles for an elegant look or black and red balloon bouquets for a more informal occasion. Candles are always a great choice for centerpieces. What about a grouping of red candles with black ribbon and black stones or black candles with red ribbon and red rose petals? Or bare tree branches painted black with red ornaments hung from the branches?

“The beauty is in the details” according to ancient wisdom and that is certainly true for weddings. Considering adding hints of your black and red theme to accessories such as black ribbon bow tied around the stems of your champagne flutes with a red rose bud in the center. Or a black garter with red heart charm or flowers.

Don’t forget to make your flower girl’s basket fit your theme by spray painting a small basket black and filling it with red rose petals and tying on a red bow or rose. The ring bearer’s pillow can be either red with black ribbon or black with red ribbon – either combination looks amazing. Pew markers of a single red rose tied with a black ribbon would be a simple yet lavish looking effect.

Since you will have multiple items of the same color in your wedding, be careful to ensure the shades all match, especially for your bridal party’s clothing. Red bridesmaid gowns might be lovely, but they had better match the groomsmen’s cummerbunds! Many wedding dresses have a splash of color on them and if yours has red or black make sure the shade coordinates with the rest of your accessories. A red and black wedding can be an elegant and unique affair that will have everyone talking for months.

Talk about a sea of black…in picking up my husband from the airport, as always I get stuck waiting for his luggage, while he gets the car. It becomes mesmerizing to watch black suitcase after black suitcase go by in circles on the luggage carousel. It’s almost a feast for the eyes when there is the occasional grey suitcase or pink luggage.

Fast forward to today for Heys Luggage and their introduction of the Britto collection. Wow. This Britto luggage looks like a suitcase on speed…or at the very least, luggage from the throwback era of the 1980′s. In looking at the fabulous Piccaso meets nature type design, I can almost hear Fleetwood Mac and Culture Club music ringing in my ears.

Believe it or not, this is good, solid, hard-sided luggage. It’s made from a polycarbonate composite for resilience and durability while traveling. Heys USA has added a protective coating of clear paint to give it a high gloss luster and protect the wonderful design from scratches. The handle is a modern aluminum telescopic handle system, with push-down locking for easy, single-hand use, and has a cushioned TPR grip for comfort. “Smart Wheels” are larger in the rear for greater control and smooth movement. The entire Britto Collection has a fully lined interior customized to compliment the shell art, clear-view multi-use organizational pocket for ease of packing that also doubles as a divider, and keeping your items secured.

Also new to the Heys Luggage line is the Heys Luggage Xcase® Exotic. The Xcase® Exotic collection is quality built, hard sided luggage with a twist: it features abstract designs and animal prints to add a level of interest and creativity.

If you are feeling like the wilds of Africa, then take a close look at the giraffe, zebra, leopard and snakeskin luggage patterns. Feeling more like the wilds of Asia, then take a close look at the tiger print or the croco print. And, if you’re not feeling wild, but more exotic perhaps you’ll choose the skulls, red flow or the checkers patterns. Not matter what piece of Heys Luggage Xcase® Exotic you choose, you will be sure to easily find your luggage at the luggage carousel. My two guys are hunters and I am certain they will pick the Xcase® Camo for all their travels.

The Xcase® Exotic collection is offered in one size: the 20″ carry-on luggage. Every piece is hard-sided, made from polycarbonate and each design has it’s own unique interior color-coded lining. Heys Luggage offers a seven-year ‘Better Life’ warranty with its Xcase® Exotic collection.

Quality construction, unique designs and some of the most lightweight luggage available make Heys Luggage one of the most sought luggage brands in America today. Whether you are interested in a luggage set, carry-on luggage or a piece of large wheeled luggage, Heys Luggage offers you a quality alternative and at an affordable price.

Another great alternative to black luggage, Susan G. Komen luggage. The name evokes strong emotions. It is a name associated with so many terms: cancer, heartbreak, survival, cure, and hope. It is a name that has become synonymous with finding a cure for one of the most common cancer killers among women: breast cancer. Virtually no one is unscathed. One in ten women will get breast cancer in their lifetime. Virtually every adult knows of someone who has breast cancer or has died from breast cancer. October has become breast cancer awareness month and it is the single biggest fundraising month for finding a cure for breast cancer. The Susan G. Komen Foundation for the Cure is the primary focus of many fundraisers and includes: walks, runs, rallies, and a multitude of products that offer a donation with purchase.

This year a new line of Susan G. Komen luggage has been introduced. There are three unique luggage sets, all appropriately named: Support Collection, Inspire Collection and Ribbon Collection. Each of these women’s luggage sets bears the traditional pink ribbon that has become the signature for breast cancer and the Susan G. Komen foundation. These women’s luggage sets include women’s carry-on, women’s wheeled luggage, women’s wheeled duffel and a women’s tote.

The Susan G. Komen Support Collection three-piece luggage set includes: a 21″ wheeled carry-on upright suitcase, a 25″ wheeled upright suitcase and a carry tote. This woman’s luggage set is offered in black with the signature pink ribbon adorning each piece.

The Susan G. Komen Inspire Collection is a three piece luggage set for women and is offered in three colors: black with the signature pink ribbon, the pink ribbon on pink and pink ribbon on black. This woman’s luggage set includes a carry-on, a wheeled upright and a carry tote.

The Susan G. Komen Pink Ribbon collection is a two-piece luggage set for women and is offered in pink ribbon on pink, pink ribbon on black and black. It features a wheeled duffel and a women’s shopper tote.

This is a wonderful collection of women’s luggage sets. The manufacturer is donating 15% of all sales to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for the Cure, with a minimum donation of $25,000. When traveling, these women’s luggage sets will signify support for a cure to this dreaded and unfortunately very common disease. Perhaps we will actually see a cure in our lifetime…for the sake of Susan G. Komen and all the women who have suffered through this disease and for those everywhere who have been affected by it.

So, if you are looking for luggage that you will be able to spot anywhere (and at the same time give the airport carousel watchers a bit of eye candy), take a look at the Heys Britto Collection, Heys Xcase® Exotic Collection and the Susan G. Koman Luggage Collection, great alternatives to the dreary black luggage overtaking the airports and definitely a feast for your eyes.

So your iPhone battery has quit holding a charge. You are now faced with the dilemma of how to get it fixed. Do you try to replace it yourself or take it back to the Apple store and wait on them to fix it? If you are a do it yourself type of person, then this article is going to tell you exactly how to replace that battery yourself.

Step 1 – Back up all your data.

Step 2 – There is a small hole next to the headphone jack. Locate that hole and pop your sim tray out by pushing on the hole with a needle or the end of a paper clip.

Step 3 – Locate and remove the two small screws next to the dock using a small Phillips head screwdriver.

Step 4 – Using a spudger placed gently between the chrome ring and the display glass directly above one of the screw holes, very gently separate the display from the back panel.

Step 5 – Lift the panel away from the dock being very careful not to break any ribbons that are on the other end.

Step 6 – Use one hand to hold the display panel and the other to disconnect the black ribbon #1

Step 7 – Gently rotate the display assembly until it is almost vertical to allow easier access to other ribbons.

Step 8 – Disconnect BLACK ribbon number “2″ using a spudger.

Step 9 – Use your spudger to flip the white plastic tab up about 90 degrees so it releases the last ribbon cable

Step 10 – Slide the black ribbon out of the connector and remove the display.

Step 11 – Remove five partial thread screws that secure the logic board to the back panel, two full thread screws that secure the logic board and the camera, and one screw that is under the”Do not remove” sticker. (8 screws total)

Step 12 – Unplug ribbon “4″

Step 13 – Lift the motherboard out being careful not to harm the ribbon on the underside connecting the board to the camera.

Step 14 – Unplug that ribbon and set the motherboard aside.

Step 15 – Gently pry the camera out of its housing. It cannot be removed yet because it is still connected to the logic board.

Step 16 – Use your spudger to gently pry the logic board up and slide it towards the dock connector and out of the phone. If you meet resistance, make sure you have gotten all the screws out in step 11.

Step 17 – Pull up, with some force, on the attached tab on the battery to remove.

Step 18 – Put the new battery in and do the steps backwards to put your iPhone back together.

Once you finish going back through your steps, you can sit back and congratulate yourself on successfully replacing your iPhone battery.

The controls in each Tab of the Word 2007 Ribbon are organised into groups. For example in the home Tab we have Clipboard, Font, Paragraph, Styles and Editing. As always in Microsoft applications, hovering over a control displays a tool-tip. In the case of Office 2007, these tool-tips are quite extensive: they contain a description of how the control works, what it does and the keyboard shortcut which is equivalent to that control. There are basically three types of controls: buttons drop-down menus and launchers. The Bold control is an example of a simple button: when you click the button, highlighted text becomes bold.

If you click the Bold button again, the highlighted text reverts to normal. The change case-control is an example of a drop-down menu: clicking the control shows you a series of options. For example, if you select some text and choose “Uppercase”, the highlighted text becomes capitalised. If you choose “Capitalise Each Word” only the first letter in each word is capitalised. Some controls are a combination of both simple buttons and drop-down menus. One example is Underline. When you hover over the underlying button, it consists of two sections: a button on the left and a drop-down menu on the right. If you click on the button, the default underline is applied, the underline style which was last used. If you click on the drop-down menu, you are given a series of options for customising the underline. You can change of style: solid, dotted and so forth.

You can also change the colour. As with the Bold button, if you click a second time, the underline is removed. Launchers are buttons which are displayed in the bottom right of some groups. Clicking the Launcher button displays a series of options either in a task pane or, more typically, a dialog box. For example, in the Home Tab, the Clipboard Launcher options are displayed within a task pane window, whereas the Font Launcher options are displayed in a dialog box.The Microsoft Word Ribbon takes up quite a lot of screen space (approximately 20% of the average screen).

If this becomes inconvenient you can minimise the Ribbon at any time. To do this, simply double-click on the name of any Tab. When the ribbon is minimised, it can still be used: simply click on the name of a Tab and the options will appear once more. When you have chosen an option, the ribbon will be minimised again.A second way of minimising the Ribbon is to go to the Quick Access Toolbar and choose “Minimise the Ribbon”. To cause the Ribbon to revert to its normal size, use exactly the same options used to minimise it.

Memorable wedding favors are great, but when they are packaged just right, they are even better. Gorgeous packaging is especially useful for when your favors are the consumable kind. They eat the candy, but can not bear to throw away the box. It gives a whole new meaning to the word ‘souvenir’. Here are a few great tips for your wedding favor packaging.

Specially-Crafted Packaging

There are so many boxes out there: corrugated boxes, hexagonal boxes, flower-topped boxes, boxes covered in velvet, boxes with pillowed lids, of different colors, plaids and stripes. Cellophane bags, colored and clear, and even heart-shaped plastic bags look great when you want to show off what goes inside, though specially designed paper bags are available too. Usually, these crafted boxes, bags, and pouches have their own built-in mechanisms of sealing and unsealing and usually make wedding favor wrapping hassle free.

Homemade Packaging

Are special boxes and pouches too expensive for your wedding budget? Go DIY and make goody bags out of scratch. Get those small craft envelopes for flat tokens and hold the package together with brown string, and then insert some daisies in the string for effect. Or purchase the more expensive sandwich bags (no, not the Ziploc ones!), drop some candy or cookies inside, and tie the bag closed with a pretty, colorful ribbon. Some craft books can teach you how to make small boxes; get colorful, yet hardy paper from your local bookstore and start folding and cutting to make your wedding reception zing!

Ribbons and accents

Now that you’ve got those bags and boxes ready, you can then close them up and top them off with your choice of ribbons and accents. Punch out holes at the top of your paper bag, run ribbons through them and make a bow to seal your wedding favor. Choose ribbons according to your wedding color scheme, they come in all sorts of lovely colors and widths and you can even do all sorts of color combinations. Be sure to keep the ribbons short, according to the size of your favor; extra long ribbons always bring to mind the phrase “Less is more.” Ribbons are pretty on their own, but you can top them with small accents, such as seashells, especially if it’s a beach wedding, and pretty plastic hearts. More popular without ribbons are flowers. Paper or silk flowers atop a pouch or a box are quite charming decorative accents for your wedding reception.

Don’t Forget to Sign The Favors

Don’t forget to tag your wedding favors with a ‘Thank You’ card bearing your signature as bride and groom and the date of the wedding ceremony. Cards can be handwritten, though if your own scripting skills don’t come up to par, you can ask help from a friend skilled in calligraphy. Of course, if your guest list goes off to the hundreds, you should ideally get your cards done professionally. Since you are there, try out embossed printing for that textured look. Get the writing on the card to match the color of your wedding favor packaging, although you can never go wrong with traditional black on white.

The problem of bad habits seems to get covered more and more often in recent years as doctors find new evidence for the link between an unhealthy lifestyle and development of different health conditions. It’s even hard to find a health problem these days that doesn’t stem from having particular bad habits or being negligent of own health condition. So it’s not a big surprise to learn that erectile dysfunction can actually be caused by one’s addiction to not so very healthy activities and substances. Let’s take a closer look at some of the most common causes for erectile dysfunction making part of the “bad lifestyle” group: Drinking

Alcohol abuse is a very common habit and cause for many health conditions. While a little alcohol isn’t much of a problem as it can have a stimulative effect, including sexual activity, drinking too much on a regular basis can seriously impact your cardiovascular and nervous systems. These particular parts of the body are very important for maintaining proper sexual abilities since blood circulation and nerve signal transmission are essential for forming a stable erection. So if you’re heavy on drinking don’t get surprised if some day you won’t be able to get an erection without levitra.

Smoking

Nicotine addiction represents a serious health risk and you have probably heard a lot about how bad smoking is for your health. Starting with cardiovascular problems to such serious conditions as lung cancer, smoking is known as one of the leading factors leading to premature death all over the world. From the erectile dysfunction perspective smoking is known to seriously deteriorate blood vessels and lead to such conditions as hypertension, which one of the leading causes for male impotence. So think twice before lighting up your next cigarette.

Drug addiction

Recreational drugs are commonly used as stimulants or relaxants for spicing up sexual experience. And while the actual sensations during intimacy can be altered and intensified the aftermath of such experiments is usually very negative, especially if you become addicted to a particular substance. Even if speaking about such a common and seemingly harmless drug as marijuana it has been observed that regular use of this herb can lower a person’s libido and deteriorate blood vessels, which can lead to erectile dysfunction.

Bad diet

Bad diet can also be considered as a bad habit since the food that we eat can be very addictive in its nature and deliver as much negative impact as any other bad lifestyle choice. Eating too much food rich with saturated fats and spice, and excluding foods that are rich with vitamins and minerals necessary for good health condition can lead to many complications, obesity being one of the most common. Coupled with lack of regular physical activity bad diet can rapidly lead to the development of such health conditions as diabetes, heart diseases, hypertension, high cholesterol and others, which are very common factors for erectile dysfunction development. That’s why being smart about what you eat is very important if you do not want to rely on drugs like levitra when trying to get an erection.
